  •  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Process Therapy (IPT) for adolescents and adults
  • Treatment for anxiety, depression, life transition, behavioral and social concerns
  • Educational testing for accommodations on standardized testing (SAT, ACT, GREs, etc.)
  • Psychological testing for concerns about attention, behavior, relationships, social skills, mood, problem solving, cognitive functioning, learning, executive functioning, memory, independent living skills, and mental health

Biography

Dr. Erin Budesheim joined ACES in 2025. Prior to ACES, she did her graduate training working with adolescents and adults in community and college counseling settings while earning her master’s and doctorate degrees from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Counseling Psychology. During her training she developed a passion for working with adolescents and adults navigating life changes, identity development, relationship concerns, and working through trauma. She utilizes a relational approach to therapy which prioritizes trust and collaboration between the client and therapist.

Dr. Budesheim provides both psychological assessments and therapy services at ACES. She provides both in-office and telehealth appointments.
